ASHTON KNIGHTON HURD

Ashton was born April 29, 2004!! He was 7 lbs. 12 oz. He was very healthy and looked identical to his older sister when she was born. He was such a beautiful baby!! He has always been a very active little boy and trys to do everything that his older sister can do. Ashton wants to know how and why things run the way they do.

Ashton loves to be outside doing anything!! He loves his dump trucks and playing in the dirt or in the sand. He has become very good at building roads in the sand that he can run his little tonka toys up and down.

This past spring he wanted to ride in the barpit so bad with his bike but couldn't because his training wheels would off center him. So he told his Dad to take them off! It took him a couple of trys, then off he went. He has learned how to pop wheelies and then push his bike away from him. But now he thinks his bike is to slow and he wants one with bigger wheels so he can jump higher and further!! All I can see is another doctor bill coming:)

He loves to make people laugh. He loves to have attention. He doesn't care who you are he will ask you your name and then he will remember it because you are now his friend. His memory amazes me. He always pays close attention when we are going some where because he wants to make sure that we can go there again and not get lost. I've never got lost while driving with him, but he just wants to make sure. He will tell you which road to turn on and how to remember that road. He remembers things that happen two years ago and I have totally forgot about it. Plus he has every detail still in mind:)

He loves to go to preschool so that he can meet new friends. He start next Monday and he so excited to meet new people and she all his teachers the cool things he learned this summer.

I call him my patience child, because he definatly brings me a lot of headaches. But he always makes up for them with his very cuddly personality and making sure that everything is still alright. I love this boy so much. He has made my life so wonderful. He brings many joyful tears to my eyes and has made me such a proud mother. I love and appreciate all you do Ashton. I wouldn't change one thing about you because you are YOU!!!!! Love your mom!!
